PlayfinityOS Terms of Service & Usage Conditions

By accessing or using the PlayfinityOS website, downloading software builds, registering an account, or purchasing a license, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our End-User License Agreement (EULA), Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and DMCA Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), or at least 13 years of age with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to register an account or use our services.

If you are using PlayfinityOS on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access license keys and manage device activations, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password, session tokens, and authentication methods (including Google Sign-In). PlayfinityOS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] upon discovering any unauthorized access, compromise, or security breach concerning your account.

PlayfinityOS offers software access through a free tier (10 local + 10 Steam games), perpetual/lifetime tiers (e.g., Pro, Pro Max), and active subscription plans. All licenses grant a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute the software on the number of concurrently authorized devices specified at checkout.

Device limits are cryptographically enforced via Hardware Identifiers (HWID). Licenses are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, leased, rented, sublicensed, or resold without our explicit written permission.

All license purchases are covered by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee as detailed in our Refund Policy. Attempting to bypass license validation, spoof hardware IDs, or exceed device quotas constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate termination without refund.

All payment transactions are processed securely through our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, Stripe. PlayfinityOS does not store or process your complete credit card information.

By submitting payment details, you authorize Stripe and PlayfinityOS to charge the designated amount, including any applicable taxes, VAT, or recurring renewal fees.

Customers must contact [email protected] or [email protected] to resolve billing questions or request refunds under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Any bad-faith or uncoordinated chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension of your account, revocation of all associated licenses, and permanent blacklisting of your hardware ID from our network.

You agree not to use PlayfinityOS for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.

You shall not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or disassemble our desktop application or backend APIs; (b) create, host, or distribute cracks, patches, key generators, or licensing bypasses; (c) operate server emulators or redirect authentication endpoints; (d) deploy automated bots, scrapers, or exploits against our website or servers; or (e) spoof or manipulate hardware identifiers to bypass seat quotas.

All software architecture, visual designs, code, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and service marks associated with PlayfinityOS are the exclusive property of PlayfinityOS and its developers.

All third-party video game titles, publisher logos, box art, and trademarks displayed in the application are the property of their respective copyright and trademark owners. They are displayed strictly under the doctrine of Nominative Fair Use to identify user-owned games. Refer to our dedicated DMCA & Fair Use Policy at /dmca.

PlayfinityOS respects intellectual property rights and maintains a formal DMCA Notice and Takedown procedure in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and EU digital legislation.

Copyright notices and inquiries must be directed to our designated DMCA agent at [email protected] and [email protected] in accordance with the procedures set forth in our DMCA Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAYFINITYOS IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE'. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all third-party software/anti-cheat utilities, or immune from operating system updates.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAYFINITYOS, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount you have actually paid to PlayfinityOS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlayfinityOS, its developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the software, or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy right.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke software licenses immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our systems.

Upon termination, your right to use the software terminates immediately, and you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory legal protections of your country of residence.
